Here are places you might want to look at if you want to host your own CommunityServer.

Managed

MyelinElectronics - no-hassle managed community servers running PythonCommunityServer for US$65/month, with support directly from the author of PythonCommunityServer.

DIY

Decafbad:JohnCompanies - US$45/month for open source developers, US$65/month for all others. Good if you are competent at setting up UNIX systems.

SevaaDotCom - Very cheap. http://www.myelin.co.nz/ is hosted there and is running fine. Will run PhpStorageSystem with a bit of fiddling around.

Zope providers that might be interested in hosting for visibility and community growth:
(This would require a Zope port or agreement to run a Python server. The latter preferred.)

LaneStLabs? - http://www.lanestlabs.com/ , new Zope server, and fairly Python centric. This would require a Zope port

Amaze - http://www.zopewizards.com/ , company also runs http://freezope.org
