Phillip Pearson - web + electronics notes

tech notes and web hackery from a new zealander who was vaguely useful on the web back in 2002 (see: python community server, the blogging ecosystem, the new zealand coffee review, the internet topic exchange).

Search engine nearly there

OK, I committed some of the code I’ve been hacking on for ages into CVS today.

I’ll release the ht://Dig patch this week (hopefully tomorrow), and then it’ll be possible (although not trivial) for anyone running [[PyCS]] to get selective searching based on their page view authentication rules.

It only works with the current dev version of ht://Dig, which is a bit dodgy, but has lots of features. Watch this space.
