Python Community Server wiki

I've just put up a wiki about the Python Community Server project. It's for any info to do with PyCS (still broken, sorry) or any other community servers.

Perhaps we can store things like PyCS documentation and discussion about community servers. Maybe someone can bring the xmlStorageSystem spec up to date and post it there. status update

The weblogs on are now visible again, and you should be able to see RSS feeds fine: that's all being served directly by Apache at the moment. Dynamic functions are down; that means comments won't work (and you'll get a huge number of javascript errors when you view a page) and people can't upstream.
